Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in San Jose, California . The COTA will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s plan of care

• Accurately document patient progress and treatment sessions in a timely manner

• Assist in patient and family education to support rehabilitation goals

• Communicate patient status and observations to the supervising OT

• Follow all facility safety, infection control, and compliance procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Active California COTA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
