Warehouse Associate

This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations as you assist with unloading, sorting, and palletizing products. Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and sort inbound shipments with efficiency.
• Palletize and wrap products for safe transport.
• Operate hand pallet jacks to move pallets within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, showcasing your versatility and teamwork.

Required Skills:

• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
• Team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed during peak season.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse or retail environment is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work the scheduled shift from 7:00 AM to approximately 3:30-4:00 PM, with mandatory overtime during the peak season.
• Flexibility in your schedule may be required, as shifts can end early or be canceled depending on inbound loads.
