Job Description Job Description Salary: $23 - $25 /hr Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. As an RDA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality dental care and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms for patient care, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, offering essential instruments and materials. Take dental X-rays and accurately process them for diagnosis and treatment planning. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, strictly adhering to infection control protocols. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-operative care instructions. Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling and coordinating patient flow. Assist with diverse procedures and fully utilize RDA skills. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Active Registered Dental Assistant certification is required. Xray Licensed Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Friendly demeanor, self-motivation, and a high level of responsibility.
