Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Overview Paradox Brewery is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dishwashing areas. Duties include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with overall kitchen cleanliness and organization. The Dishwasher will also support kitchen staff with basic prep work and other tasks as needed. There are many opportunities to learn and grow within the company, depending on your capabilities, willingness, and availability, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas. Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed. Properly handle and store cleaning supplies and chemicals. Take out trash and recycling, ensuring waste areas are kept clean. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary environment. Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
