This multi-orbit constellation will consist of optically interconnected satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) and medium Earth orbit (MEO), providing enterprise-grade connectivity for critical operations worldwide. Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Staff or Principal AMS Design Verification Engineer to lead the mixed-mode design verification methodology. You will be responsible for defining the co-simulation EDA environment, the methodology to simulate complex SOCs, and for developing models for co-simulation, contributing to innovative solutions that drive Blue Origin's mission of enabling millions to live and work in space for the benefit of Earth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Define the co-simulation methodology and EDA infrastructure working with analog and digital teams. Create Verilog/SystemVerilog test benches and behavioral models of analog and mixed-mode circuits. Develop methodologies for block- and chip-level mixed-mode verification Support analog and digital teams during model bring-up and usage Perform AMS simulations Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline 7+ years of experience of relevant industry experience. Hands-on experience in CMOS analog mixed-signal circuit design and verification. Verilog / SystemVerilog modeling of functional behavior of analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems. Proficient using EDA tools and environments such as Cadence Virtuoso for schematic creation and simulation. Proficient with scripting / programming languages such as Python and MATLAB. Strong communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications: MS or PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
