Position: Financial Data Entry Clerk Location: Torrance, CA Working Hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Holidays, Vacations, Sick Leave and 401K Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/h We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Entry Clerk to enter financial statement data into Excel worksheets and perform basic financial adjustments. This is primarily a data entry-focused position. The role requires intermediate Excel skills and a basic understanding of accounting terminology and financial statements. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working with financial data, Excel, and structured/repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities Enter financial statement data accurately into Excel worksheets Perform basic financial adjustments based on established procedures Review data for accuracy and completeness Identify and correct data entry discrepancies Organize and maintain financial data in Excel Follow established procedures and instructions Support the team with other data-related tasks as needed Qualifications Intermediate – Advanvced Excel skills Understanding of accounting terminology and financial statements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with repetitive data entry tasks Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Accounting, Finance, or Business education/experience preferred Prior accounting experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Atterro
