Reporting to the Nutella Marketing Director, you’ll help define and execute the strategy that drives the brand forward.You'll bring a strong foundation in analytics and project management, paired with attention to detail and a creative mindset. You’re comfortable leading cross-functional teams and agency partners, and you know how to turn insights into impactful, integrated marketing campaigns. From TV to in-store execution, you’ll help bring compelling, world-class creative to life and connect with consumers across every touchpoint.You understand how the retail landscape works and can apply that knowledge across different classes of trade to build well-rounded strategies. You also play a key role in shaping and preparing for the commercialization of future Nutella & Go innovations as they move toward launch.In this role, you will:* Own and drive brand performance, monitoring results and making data-driven decisions to ensure delivery against budget and business goals* Lead and execute marketing initiatives that fuel growth and strengthen the brand’s position in market* Collaborate across teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class programs* Manage all aspects of the business independently, without direct reports, while maintaining strong cross-functional alignmentThis role is hybird, and will be based in our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ. #J-18808-Ljbffr
