Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to help drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in the production of our automatic pool cover systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working closely with production teams, vendors, and leadership to make operations run smoother and smarter. What You’ll Do Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for improvement Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues Support new product launches and engineering changes Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation Collaborate with purchasing and vendors on materials and components Help reduce waste, downtime, and production costs Monitor product quality and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production environments Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principlesAbility to read technical drawings and specifications CAD experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working both on the production floor and in an office setting Why Join Us Work for a growing company with a hands‑on, team‑oriented culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on products and processes Variety in your day — no sitting behind a desk all day Competitive pay and benefits Learn a unique industry and build real‑world engineering experience About Us We specialize in manufacturing and servicing automatic pool cover systems that improve safety, convenience, and peace of mind for pool owners across the country.
