Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance agency team.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients
Answer questions about policies, billing, coverage, and renewals
Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other service requests
Assist clients with claims and communicate with insurance carriers
Support producers with account servicing and renewals
Maintain accurate client records
Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Identify opportunities for additional coverage and refer them to producers

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly attitude
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and work independently
Good computer skills
Previous insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty license preferred
