Oversee the daily administrative operations to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Lead, mentor, and support our administrative and sales support staff to help them perform at their best.

Manage complex customer inquiries, providing clear answers and proactive solutions that build confidence.

Handle agency reporting, bookkeeping, and policy administration with a high degree of precision.

Coordinate schedules and client appointments to maximize agency productivity and service levels.

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving elevated client concerns with patience and empathy.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track performance goals and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

State of California Property and Casualty Insurance License.

State of California Life and Health Insurance License.

Minimum three years of professional experience managing an insurance agency office.

Expertise in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.

Knowledge of Farmers Insurance systems or similar carrier platforms is a plus.
