Sourcing Specialist

- Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution across indirect spend categories

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field
- 4 years of procurement experience, preferably supporting indirect categories (e.g., Marketing, IT, HR, Facilities)
- Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing methodology, and contract fundamentals
- Experience using a source-to-pay system such as Oracle, SAP, or Coupa
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with Legal to review and redline commercial contract terms
- Continuous improvement mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
