ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in retail sales with Nordstrom and gained extensive leadership experience managing multiple teams. My background in leadership and customer service helped shape the supportive, relationship-focused culture we’ve built in the office today.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Catherine Sing Chow - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
