Job Details Location: Roseville, MI 48066 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $24.00 – $27.00 / hr (based on experience) Inside Sales Specialist — Conveyor Systems & Material Handling At Ultimation Industries, Inside Sales Specialists are the front line for customers looking for conveyor systems, material handling solutions, and automation equipment. You will handle inbound calls and inquiries, guide customers to the right solution, manage orders from start to finish, and support e‑commerce operations. What You’ll Do Customer Sales & Support (approx. 80%) Manage and route high‑volume inbound calls as the first point of contact for customers seeking conveyor systems, material handling products, and automation solutions. Partner with customers via phone and email to understand their application needs and identify the best product solutions. Prepare and support customer quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Process returns and resolve order‑related issues promptly and professionally. Support order entry, online order processing, and shipment coordination from start to finish. Quickly build and maintain strong product knowledge across Ultimation’s full lineup. E‑Commerce & Process Support (approx. 20%) Support ongoing e‑commerce growth initiatives for one of the leading direct‑to‑customer conveyor platforms in the U.S. Assist with process improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across the sales and order management workflow. Perform general administrative support tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly. Qualifications Must Have 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience handling volume and staying organized under pressure. Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy. Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and quick to learn new products and processes. High school diploma or equivalent. Nice to Have Experience with ERP systems, particularly Epicor Prophet 21 (P21). Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or GoTo Phone application. Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products experience. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
