What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in the ICU setting.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.
• Educate families and caregivers, addressing their learning needs with appropriate teaching strategies.
• Lead, delegate, and coordinate nursing team activities during your shift.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as hospital policies.
• Document patient care accurately to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met.
• Support the facility's commitment to excellent patient and family-centered care.

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years of NICU or pediatric nursing experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment and interpersonal skills
