Role Overview We are hiring a hands-on HubSpot expert who will take end-to-end ownership of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation execution. This is an execution-focused role responsible for building, optimizing, testing, and improving campaigns and conversion funnels inside HubSpot. Key Responsibilities 1) HubSpot CRM & Lifecycle Management Manage contacts, lists, deals, lifecycle stages Build segmentation logic Maintain clean CRM structure Manage Salesforce-HubSpot integration 2) Email & SMS Automation Build welcome, nurture, consult follow-up sequences Write conversion-focused copy Build automated workflows Conduct continuous A/B testing 3) Landing Pages & CRO Create and optimize landing pages Build quizzes/calculators integrated with HubSpot Run A/B testing (headlines, CTAs, layout, mobile optimization) 4) Forms & Lead Capture Design high-converting forms Implement progressive profiling Route leads to correct workflows 5) Reporting & Optimization Weekly reporting on email, SMS, landing page performance Maintain testing roadmap Work Structure Weekly planning call Weekly written performance summary Required Skills Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM & automation experience Experience with Salesforce integration Proven CRO and landing page optimization experience Strong copywriting skills Excellent communication skills (mandatory) #J-18808-Ljbffr Model Business Services
