For our client, we are seeking a Employee Benefits And Executive Compensation Associate (multi‑Office) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards strategy with business priorities and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology‑driven environment. Location: Houston, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $260,000 – $390,000 annually.
