CDL A Linehaul Driver | Home Daily | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Baize Trucking (FedEx Contractor) is hiring CDL A Linehaul Drivers in the Green Bay, WI area.
WHAT YOU’LL MAKEMost drivers earn $1,600–$1,750+ weekly
- Weekly pay (direct deposit)
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $535/month in additional bonuses
- $15 per additional stop pay
- $25 safety bonus per paycheck
- Camera‑based safety bonus up to $200/month
- $300 per paycheck if insurance is waived
- Consistent dedicated route
- No-touch freight - Drop & hook
- 4–5 day work week (2 days off)
- Same predictable run every night (Green Bay ↔ Bedford Park, IL)
ROUTE & SCHEDULE
- Dispatch: 8:00–8:30 PM
- Dispatch out of: Green Bay, WI, 54301
- Return: ~7:00 AM next morning
- Drop and Hook - NO touch freight
- Company trucks (2017+ Freightliner Cascadia)
- Medical (50% company-paid)
- Dental & vision (70/30 split)
- 401(k) + 3% match (after 90 days)
- PTO + holiday pay
- FedEx uniforms provided
REQUIRMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles endorsement required
- Experience requirements:
- 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, OR
- 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years, OR
- Graduate of a FedEx-approved driving school with 6 months of experience
- Clean MVR with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 36 months
- No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving convictions
