This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives with technology, enjoys communication and case presentation, and wants to play a major role in helping patients say “yes” to treatment.What You’ll DoWelcome and guide new patients through an exceptional first experienceServe as the office’s New Patient AmbassadorBuild trust and create strong patient relationshipsPresent treatment plans and help patients move forward with careSupport Invisalign workflows and patient educationPerform digital scanning with the Lumina scannerAssist with digital dentistry and technology-driven workflowsCoordinate and help lead Invisalign cases within the practiceSupport clinical assisting as neededHelp maintain a positive, organized, team-oriented environmentWhat We’re Looking ForDental assisting experience preferredInvisalign experience strongly preferredComfortable presenting treatment and discussing financesTech savvy and confident learning new systemsExperience with digital scanners and workflowsPositive, professional, and confident communicatorBilingual English/Spanish preferredStrong work ethic and team mentalitySomeone who naturally connects with people and makes patients feel comfortableOur Core Values (WECARE)At OC Smiles, culture matters.
