The Impact You'll Make

As a Driver Assistant in Jackson, Wisconsin, you’ll be the right hand to our professional drivers, helping ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries. Your work will directly support our mission to provide exceptional service to our customers while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and securing freight.
• Navigate delivery routes and help ensure on‐time arrivals.
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to coordinate schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all DOT and company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.

What You'll Bring

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work long shifts (40–65 hours/week).
• Willingness to start early—1st Shift, 4:00 AM until finish (hours can vary).
• Ability to lift and move freight safely.
• A team‐player attitude and commitment to reliability.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
