Clinical Director - BCBA

Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Paid Time Off Owners are not involved in day-to-day clinical decision-making Support from experienced clinical leadership Live remote BCBA support and clinical training through SOS Franchising Access to a robust Learning Management System (LMS) with training resources for BCBAs and RBTs Two weeks of initial training through the corporate office, including potential travel to Houston for one week Supportive Quality and Compliance Audits every six months to provide feedback, resources, and guidance Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous BCBA experience in an ABA setting Clinical leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, and treatment planning Experience mentoring or supervising BCBAs and/or RBTs preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Passion for working with children with autism and supporting their families Commitment to ethical and high-quality clinical care Leadership and mentorship opportunities available #J-18808-Ljbffr
