Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

• Columbia Falls, MT

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional inside sales support and customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners
• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and drive business growth
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Prepare and process UPS and LTL shipments, including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Operate a forklift safely to move palletized materials and heavy products
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment as needed
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Maintain efficient day-to-day office operations and work independently when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused workplace

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
