A minimum Collateral Secret is required. Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology and be excited about finding new ways to add value to our business. ** This position is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA . ** What YOU will do: Our environment includes following technologies: Virtualization Servers ,clients ,networking, storage, backup , AI and DSOP tools You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team    You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.    You will assist in driving escalations to resolution. You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)   You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets. You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned. Provide Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.
