Whatcom Meadows Camping Association has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Member

Services Associate and is now accepting applications!

We are looking for someone who is personable, enjoys working with people, and is eager to take on a

variety of responsibilities in our office. If you are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable using

Position Summary:

The Member Services Associate serves as the primary point of contact for members, providing

exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Association. This role is

responsible for assisting members with inquiries, maintaining accurate membership records, coordinating

communications, and helping ensure a positive member experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, technology-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to)

 Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries by phone, email, and in person.

 Assist members with account updates, payments, and general information.

 Resolve member concerns professionally or escalate issues when appropriate.

 Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the Associations values.

 Respond promptly to member emails and telephone inquiries.

 Maintain informational materials for members.

 Assist members with login issues and navigation of the Member Portal.

 Maintain filing systems and organizational records.

 Support Member Services Team and the Board of Directors as assigned.

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 Two to three years of customer service or administrative experience.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail.

 Comfortable learning new software and databases.

Working Conditions:

 Office-based position with regular interaction with members.

 Some evening and weekend work is required.

 Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work.

 Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
