H-E-B Store Department Lead

As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations / training, customer service / sales, and food safety. Additional department-specific responsibilities may include overseeing production planning and execution, applying advanced knowledge of current trends in beauty, overseeing a specific area of the business, assisting with inventory control, and serving / packaging products at customer's request. Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Age Requirement: 18+
• Work Experience:
• Expert knowledge of department production stations, including quality standards, set-up, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment
• Ability to read and interpret documents (e.g., safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, production planners, procedure manuals)
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Partners
• Ability to apply common sense / understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
