Project Controls Specialist
What we are looking for:
Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Controls Specialist to join our talented and energetic team. Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract structure establishes a cost ceiling for all construction activities while maintaining full transparency and accountability between the Owner and Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a detailed GMP that includes all labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, general conditions, contingencies, and allowances required to complete the project.
What you’ll do:
Align the GMP with preliminary & baseline schedule to confirm labor and equipment forecasts.
Facilitate coordination between estimating, project management, field operations, and engineering to ensure financial accuracy.
Validate revisions to ensure changes are incorporated into the GMP.
Maintain a formal GMP Risk Register.
Work closely with Project Management Team to:

Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related industry.
Construction experience preferred, but not required.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Extremely detail oriented.
A clear and concise communicator able to work seamlessly with clients, operations, and executive teams.

What we offer:
The annual base pay for this role is between $75,000-$125,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
