Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate, safe, and efficient nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, document clinical activities, and support resident and family engagement. Ensure compliance with regulations, follow infection control protocols, and uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an approved LPN program, active Missouri license, BLS/CPR certification, strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, dependable, adaptable, and compassionate.
