Entry-Level Assembler / Production Specialist

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Overtime: Available on Fridays

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, components, and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform assembly and sub-assembly operations within established production timelines.
• Rotate between workstations and learn multiple areas of the production process.
• Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect products and identify quality concerns.
• Record measurements, production data, and completed work accurately.
• Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes.
• Support team production goals and assist with additional responsibilities as skills develop.

Qualifications Required

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training.

Preferred

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using hand tools or power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude or other hands-on skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
