Job Description

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join a Data Center Operations team as Data Center Operations Support Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in a mission-critical data center environment while supporting daily operations through hands-on work, inventory management, facility inspections, material handling, and general operational support.

This role is primarily focused on task execution and operational support. Team members will work alongside experienced technicians, following established procedures and safety guidelines to help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe facility.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to follow directions, and commitment to safety.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and checklists

Strong attendance record and demonstrated reliability

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Comfortable receiving direction from supervisors and senior technicians

Strong communication and problem-escalation skills

Basic organizational skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, logistics, facilities, operations, inventory, or general labor environments

Experience working in fast-paced team settings

Familiarity with workplace safety practices and procedures
