Mental Health/Family TherapistMentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, believes children belong in the family home whenever it is safe and possible. Through our Family Support Services, we help families of youth at risk with complex mental health, behavioral and other needs overcome the challenges they face together. Our diverse, multilingual specialists support families from a wide range of backgrounds who may be facing out of home placements or reunification.Annual Salary: $70,304 (associate)This is a great role for:Associate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - AMFT or LMFTAssociate or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - ACSW or LCSWAssociate or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - APCC or LPCCResponsibilities:Assessments, service treatment plans, closure, and after care plan for individuals servedProvide after-hours crisis response as needed for individuals servedUtilize activity and participation-based interventions and approachesBuild and maintain positive relationships with referral agencies, guide families in their interaction with agencies and other community organizations; provide referrals to services and resourcesParticipate in team meetingsMay provide training or field supervision of new or tenured peers, review/edit peer records and documentation, marketing and education presentations, and training/development materialsManage documentation for accuracy, timely completion, and submissionQualifications:Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related fieldBBS Registration - AMFT, ACSW, APCCFamiliar with electronic health record and competent in basic computer skillsCurrent driver's license, car registration, and auto insuranceSuccessful clearance of local and/or state background checksWhy Join Us?Low Caseloads: Maximum caseload of 10 to 12, with productivity requirement of 15 to 17 hours a weekPhone Stipend and Laptop: Monthly stipend for cell phone and receive a company laptop"On-Demand Pay" - get paid for the days you work without waiting for payday!
