This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape a specialized portfolio of engineered power distribution solutions used in mission-critical environments such as data centers and industrial infrastructure. You will own product strategy and lifecycle management for technically complex systems, ensuring they meet evolving market, compliance, and customer needs. Acting as the bridge between engineering, sales, operations, and external stakeholders, you will bring structure and clarity to both existing products and new developments. The position combines technical depth with commercial ownership, requiring a strong ability to translate engineering concepts into market-ready solutions. You will play a key role in defining roadmaps, strengthening product documentation, and supporting high-value customer engagements. This is a highly collaborative, impact-driven role within a growing and evolving product organization. \n Accountabilities: Define and own the product roadmap for engineered power feeder solutions, including cable bus systems and related power distribution products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demand. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development and validation through commercialization and launch execution. Conduct comprehensive product audits across documentation, specifications, certifications, and commercial assets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve gaps in product materials, technical documentation, compliance requirements, and market readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain high-quality product collateral, including datasheets, installation guides, application notes, and submittal templates. Partner closely with engineering, operations, sales, and external stakeholders to ensure product integrity, feasibility, and market fit. Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap prioritization, innovation opportunities, and product enhancements. Support strategic customer engagements by partnering with sales to develop value propositions and technical solutions for key accounts. Monitor product performance metrics such as profitability, adoption, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement. Translate complex technical specifications into clear, accessible messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing within electrical infrastructure, power distribution, industrial, or commercial markets. Strong technical literacy, including the ability to interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, specifications, and installation documentation. Demonstrated experience managing technical products through full lifecycle development in fast-paced environments. Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred. Solid understanding of customer applications, field use cases, and industry standards in power or infrastructure systems. Highly self-directed, with the ability to build structure and process in evolving product environments. Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 25–30%, including possession of a valid passport.
