Location NYC, NY (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) – Fulltime Mode of Work 3 days/week onsite required Required Experience 7+ years Required Skills AG / Retrieval Systems - Hands‑on experience building RAG pipelines. Familiarity with NotebookLM, RAG tooling, and Python libraries (NotebookLM or similar). LLM APIs & Tooling - Experience with Claude / Anthropic APIs, Claude Code, or equivalent LLM tooling. Comfortable building production systems on top of LLM APIs. Vector Databases - Exposure to Pinecone, Chroma, or similar. Understanding of embedding‑based retrieval architecture and indexing strategies. AI Orchestration - Lang Chain or similar frameworks for multi‑step AI workflows. Chaining, tool use, and prompt management at scale. AI Agents & Automation - Building AI agents or workflow automations beyond simple chat interfaces. Multi‑step reasoning, tool integration, autonomous task execution. LLM Governance - Awareness of governance, logging, monitoring, cost controls, and responsible AI practices in enterprise settings. GitHub Portfolio - Published/maintained repos demonstrating applied AI work. Client explicitly values this - can compensate for lack of graduate education.
