We are seeking a sharp, versatile Real Estate Portfolio Manager to take ownership of property management operations in Ohio and support our ambitious growth through strategic property acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Property Management Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of OAK+ELM’s Ohio commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. Manage vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and property budgets. Develop and execute plans to maximize property value and optimize performance. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Acquisitions Research and identify potential property acquisitions that align with OAK+ELM’s strategic objectives. Perform market analysis and financial modeling to evaluate acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with the executive team to negotiate and execute property transactions. Maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship‑building. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in commercial property management and/or real estate acquisitions. Strong analytical skills and a knack for numbers—you can crunch financial models and spot opportunities others might overlook. A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
