Position: Cath Lab Tech

Shift: 7A - 5P (Rotating Weekends)

Location: Aurora, CO

Unit Information

Join a dynamic and high-performance team in the Cath Lab, featuring:

• Number of Beds: 8 Holding Bays and 4 Cath/EP Suites
• Number of Staff: 16
• Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: Rotating on-call schedule
• Patient Ratios: 3 staff to 1 patient in the Cath Lab procedural area
• Type of Equipment: Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, CardioLab for EP, Meditech EMR

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: 6 months current experience as a Cath Lab Tech
• Certifications Required:
  
  
  • BLS
  • ARRT (R)
  • RCIS or RCES (must be willing to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado)
• Preferred Certifications:
  
  
  • ARRT (CI) or (CV)
• Skills:
  
  
  • Scrubbing and monitoring experience
  • Prior Meditech experience

Typical Procedures

Experience in performing the following procedures is essential:

• Left Heart Catheterization (LHC)
• Right Heart Catheterization (RHC)
• EP Ablations
• Pacemakers and ICDs
• Cardioversion
• Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
• Tilt Table Tests
• EP/Structural Heart Monitoring Skills
• Right Heart Monitoring

Unit Policies & Call Schedule

We follow a rotating call schedule, which includes:

• Two weekends per rotation
