ERP Support Specialist

This role is responsible for resolving data discrepancies, monitoring system transactions, supporting billing and inventory functions, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing and order management activities. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, fully bilingual (English and Spanish), and experienced in supporting ERP and warehouse management systems. Key Responsibilities Provide support for warehouse data resolution and investigate inventory and transactional discrepancies. Perform data analysis to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement. Support billing operations, inventory reconciliation, and related system transactions. Manage and monitor order releases to ensure timely processing and fulfillment. Monitor ERP and WMS transactions to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency. Upload, validate, and maintain pricing data within company systems. Generate reports and conduct advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system, inventory, and order-related issues. Maintain data integrity across warehouse and enterprise systems. Assist in identifying, documenting, and implementing process improvement

Additional Skills

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Experience supporting ERP systems, warehouse operations, inventory control, or data management. Experience with ERP transaction monitoring and data validation processes. Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and pricing administration. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Availability to provide on-call support outside of regular business hours. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
