Desktop Support Technician

TEKsystems in Gainesville, FL is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on support at clinics on a rotating schedule. You will resolve Tier 1 tickets, image devices, and assist with network and VPN issues while traveling up to 60 miles between sites. The role requires 2–5 years of Help Desk experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and ITIL, Microsoft, Citrix certifications are a plus.
