Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. This vital role involves providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients during labor and delivery, including monitoring vital signs and fetal heart rates.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other procedures as needed.
• Provide immediate care to newborns post-delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have: A minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• High-risk experience is required.
• Immediate newborn care experience is required.
• Preferred: Circulating experience.
• Required certifications: NRP, BLS/ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
