Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a travel pharmacist position based in Fort Bragg, CA, offering a 13-week contract assignment on a 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts schedule during daytime hours. The role involves critical responsibilities in a hospital pharmacy setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through clinical expertise and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification with accuracy and attention to safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Consult with nurses and physicians regarding medication therapies
• Utilize pharmacy IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell for order processing and management

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Full-time availability for assignment duration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting

Schedule:
