Job Description:

Provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit and carry out provider orders. Document comprehensive clinical information, including care plans, in accordance with protocols. Communicate patient information effectively to ensure continuity and safety of care. Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues across different units to share expertise and improve care. Mentor and precept new nurses, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Requirements:

Current RN license in New Hampshire

Basic Life Support certification

Basic Dysrhythmia training preferred or to be obtained prior to completion of orientation

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or to be obtained prior to completion of orientation

Compliance / Notes:

Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.

The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.

Complete dysrhythmia course prior to completion of orientation for telemetry-based departments.
