Machine maintenance technician

Randstad has an exciting opportunity for a Machine Maintenance Technician. The purpose of this position is to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production machinery in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. The successful incumbent will support and maintain the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems of our manufacturing equipment.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and production machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyors and automated systems
• Diagnose mechanical failures and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support machine installations, relocations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects related to machine reliability and plant efficiency.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and support off-shift operations when required
