CT Team is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support our customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.

This role combines customer service, outside sales, and face-to-face communication. You'll work directly with customers to introduce products and services, answer questions, explain promotional offers, and help create a positive experience. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to develop professional skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you learn the role, build confidence, and develop effective customer communication and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person to introduce products and services.
• Answer questions and communicate promotional offers clearly.
• Build rapport and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Support promotional marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Dependability and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort speaking with customers face-to-face.
• Ability to work toward goals in a team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Candidates with experience as a server, cashier, retail associate, host, shift lead, or customer service representative may find their existing skills especially useful in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

• Projected weekly earnings: $600–$1,200.
• Guaranteed training pay: During the first month, you will receive $600 per week or earned commission, whichever amount is higher.
• Employer-sponsored benefits: Not currently offered.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual sales performance.
