We empower our employees with the resources, incentives, and flexibility that they need to support a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling career by providing many valuable benefits and a balanced compensation structure combined with career development.QualificationProven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide projectsExperience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelinesA good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologiesProven experience managing projects using Agile and WaterfallProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirableExperience with delivering Vulnerability Risk Remediation projects highly desirableExperience with delivering Tech Stack upgrade projects desirableAbility to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendorsStrong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environmentAbility to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business usersKnowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plansExcellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teamsExpertise in conducting efficient and effective meetingsProven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneouslySolid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirementsLocation: Quincy, MAKyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
