Supporting the Data Management Team, the remote contract Workday HR Specialist I will manage Workday systems, focusing on reporting, data analytics, and benefits administration over a 12+ month engagement. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and data analytics solutions Translate business and functional requirements into technical documentation and system configurations Ensure data accuracy and system integrity while optimizing Workday processes and reporting capabilities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience supporting, implementing, and maintaining Workday systems Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and analytics Experience with Workday Benefits administration and vendor management Ability to document and maintain Workday configurations and integrations Experience in data auditing and reporting tools
