About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Annuity Solutions, a pivotal role that involves being a key stakeholder in the strategic direction of the business. The successful candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive management of the Annuity Solutions business, including the oversight of in-force profitability, financial reporting, risk analysis, experience studies, and client relationship management. This is a senior position that demands a professional with a strong background in re/insurance, specifically in annuity reinsurance, and the ability to demonstrate strategic communication skills and excellent leadership. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be an FSA with over 15 years' experience in the re/insurance industry. They must have a proven track record in the areas of responsibility outlined, and be adept at making strategic decisions that impact the business. Experience in annuity reinsurance is a mandatory requirement, and the role is suited to a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also capable of leading a team and managing client relationships effectively. The EVP will play a critical part in the company's operations, and as such, a high level of professionalism and dedication is expected.
