Warehouse & Delivery Associate – Wine Distribution

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our Houston distribution operation. This role is primarily warehouse-based with local driving approximately one day per week and occasional out-of-town based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, stage, and check orders accurately
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Assist with local deliveries; occasional out-of-town trips as needed
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks before driving
• Communicate with warehouse, operations, and sales teams

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Driving experience a plus
• Ability to consistently lift 30–50 lbs
• Must pass a drug test
• Clean driving record required
• Comfortable working independently
• Willingness to work occasional early mornings (4 AM–8 AM)

Pay:

• $16.00 per hour to start
• 90-day introductory period with performance review
• 30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
• Pay progression to $18–$20 per hour as role reaches full scope
