Proposals Coordinator

Providing high-level administrative support to the Proposals Team, the full-time remote Proposals Coordinator will manage data entry, facilitate communication, and assist in processing administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and responsiveness. Key responsibilities Facilitate data entry and generate reports for tracking Proposal priorities Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute them to attendees Interact with various teams to ensure completion of administrative tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Required qualifications BA/BS in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 5 years of administrative experience in Business Development or Project Management within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus Continual GLP training and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
