Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in a Float Pool role. This is a dynamic opportunity for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy expanding their skillset across multiple units.

You’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing critical thinking, independent judgment, and strong collaboration skills.

Float Requirements

• Required to float to:

  • ICU

  • Med/Surg units

• Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly

• Educate patients, families, and staff

• Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care

• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff

Required Certifications & Skills

• Active California RN License

• BLS/CPR Certification

• NIH Stroke Certification (REQUIRED)

• Dysrhythmia Certification (REQUIRED)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Acute care experience in a hospital setting
