Quick Facts Location: Gettysburg, PA Start Date: 05/26/2026 Scheduled End Date: 08/25/2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (mix of hospital rounds, OR, and clinic) Hours/week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA required, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Experience: Minimum 3 years clinical urology experience (new grads considered with clean application) Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $443.43 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits Include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical insurance (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to assist throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Conduct outpatient urology consultations and follow-ups Assist with ureteroscopies and other specialty procedures Cover hospital daytime call for patient rounds and consults Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, LPN, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR system Provide expert care for adult patients, focusing on urological health without pediatric cases Participate in scheduled coverage for 6 weeks each month, with some shifts covering hospital consults and procedures What You Need Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand DEA registration Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology Minimum of 3 years of urology practice experience (new grads accepted with clean credentials) Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and effective communication skills About the Assignment Join a modern, well-equipped urology practice with nine exam rooms and three procedure rooms, staffed by a dedicated, long-tenured team. The clinic is located in a renovated facility in Gettysburg, serving a steady patient population with no pediatric cases.
