This dedicated regional run is positioned across western states to provide commercial drivers with consistent weekly mileage and predictable scheduling. Designed for maximum highway time and efficient freight transitions, this lane offers a stable network for drivers focused on keeping their wheels turning and securing guaranteed weekly revenue.
- All Experience Levels & Trainees Welcome: Whether you are an experienced veteran or a recent CDL graduate looking for a structured training environment, we have a spot for you.
- Weekly Earnings: Average gross earnings of $1,100 to $1,200 per week, driven by consistent freight volume.
- Base Mileage Rate: $0.50 CPM starting immediately after your orientation period, averaging 2,100 to 2,400 miles every single week.
- Drop & Hook Focus: We maximize Preload and Drop & Hook freight on these dedicated accounts to keep you moving instead of waiting at docks.
- Paid Orientation: We pay a flat rate of $800.00 during your initial training period so you are compensated from day one.
- Driving Area: Favorable, predictable regional runs through western states.
- Home Time: Reliable routing that gets you home every 2 to 3 weeks to recharge.
- Run Times: Continuous network operations requiring both day and night driving shifts. Standard weekend and holiday dispatch rotations apply.
- Extra Stop Pay: Every extra stop you make pays an additional $15.00 (excluding your very first and very last drop).
- License: A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Open to Trainees, First Seat drivers, and seasoned operators with 1+ year of experience.
- Certifications: None required. No Hazmat, no Tanker, and no Doubles needed to get started.
- Open to Owner-Operators: If you are an independent operator looking to place equipment on a stable, high-mile account, we welcome your application.
- Location: Must live within our designated hiring radius for this regional hub area.
