You'll win new distribution and work with buyers, distributors and stores to turn listings into sustained sales.The RoleGrow relationships with retail buyers and regional accountsSecure new listings, displays and promotional opportunitiesManage existing accounts and increase distribution and rate of saleWork with distributors and brokers to improve availability and executionSpend time in market supporting stores, launches and sampling activityManage pricing, promotional plans and trade spendTrack sales, product velocity and account performanceProvide accurate forecasts and market feedbackThe PersonWe're looking for someone with:Beverage or food CPG sales experience, ideally in functional drinks, hydration, energy, nutrition or related categoriesA track record of growing grocery, convenience or natural-channel accountsKnowledge of Illinois and the wider Midwest marketExperience working with retail buyers, distributors or brokersClear results in revenue growth, new listings and retail executionThe ability to work independently and stay close to customers in the fieldExperience with retailers such as H-E-B, Central Market, Whole Foods, Sprouts or major convenience chains would be particularly relevant.
