We are looking for a Co-Lead Pastor who is bold, brave, and courageous to join us in this mission. If you are an emotionally healthy leader, visionary, and passionate about people, this role might be for you! What You Will Be Responsible For: Preach 24-30 times a year. Lead and teach in various group settings. Develop and mentor church staff and servant leaders. Cast vision for making, mobilizing, and multiplying disciples. Provide pastoral care (baptisms, counseling, funerals, weddings, etc.). Drive donor development and promote generosity. Assist in Operational and Facility duties as needed (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual). What We’re Looking For: Emotionally healthy and humble leader. Visionary and initiative taker. Passionate about church planting and compassionate towards others. Experienced in leading teams and communities. Master’s degree preferred with 10+ years of leadership experience. Why Join Movement?
